Blay Ambolley – Simi Rapp

A major force in Afro-funk since the early 1970s, Gyedu-Blay Ambolley is considered the godfather of Hiplife, transforming the Highlife genre by adding elements of Hiphop, Funk and Jazz, as can be seen in this amazing and influential “Simi Rapp”.

This song was originally released in 1996, as part of the album “Blay Ambolley – Son Of Ghana“.
